Abstract (EN)
The main aim of this research carried out based on the assumption that corporate reputation management may be an effective factor in providing organizational commitment, is to determine the effect of Duzce University?s academic staff?s perceptions of corporate reputation management on organizational commitments. In addition to this main goal, there are subgoals in order to determine the participants? perceptions of corporate reputation management and their organizational commitment levels. Within the scope of the research, all of the academic staff (716 people) working at the Duzce University were included. In the research, the questionnaire technique, one of the quantitative data collection techniques, was used. The data obtained was analyzed using the program of SPSS 18. In these analyses, the analyses techniques aimed at determining the correlations,the differences between variables and the effects of variables on one another were used. As a result of the research, it has been suggested that there is a positive and significant relationship between the participants? perceptions of corporate reputation management and each dimension forming the organizational commitment (normative commitment, affective commitment and continuance commitment). In addition, it has also been suggested that the levels of the participants? perceptions of corporate reputation management and organizational commitments are high.Key Words: Corporate Reputation, Corporate Reputation Management,Organizational Commitment
