Enterprise capability maturity model entegration application

In this study, it was implemented a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) model application. The model organization was determined and operation was started for CMMI level 2. Due to model organization is a public office; this study serves as a model for public offices. A gap analysis was performed to find difference between current process management and target CMMI model. Then the target was determined according to the gap analysis findings. After process improvement had been implemented, CMMI level 2 compliance was increased to 71%. Afterwards product quality, scheduling and costumer satisfaction was increased and costs are decreased.
