Public expenditure and accounting i̇nformation system's i̇mplementationof Bartın University as part of enterprise resource planning

This thesis researchs Public Expenditure and Accounting İnformation System's İmplementation of Bartın University as part of Enterprise Resource Planning. Public expense and accounting information system (PIS) has factors containing ease of handling, pleasure, information security and contribution to the design. Thus, application success and effect of these factors on perceived organizational performance have been researched. A survey has been conducted on University staff who used PIS. In accordance with the determinated hypothesis, the outputs have been considered by implementing the analysis of SPSS. Pursuant to outputs of research, it has been observed that there was a linear and meaningful relation between the factors of ease of handling, pleasure, information security, contribution to the design, and application success and perceived organizational performance of PIS. PIS application success have been provided in Bartin University. The perceived performance has increased. The study is consisting of four sections. The general descriptions about the enterprise resource planning have been given place in the first section; the general descriptions about the PIS have been given place in the second section; the general descriptions about Bartin University have been given place in the third section. Finally the analyzes of survey study have been given place which was conducted to the users who had been registered to PIS in Bartin University and scientfic interpretation of analyzes has been made.
