Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was researched what kind of ERP tools should the firms use in order to be successful. So as to measure the effects of the ERP critical factors on the firms, ERP applications survey were used and requested to classify them according to their importance. All the similar questions in the survey were grouped as in seven factors and they created the main successful point. The result and the outcomes of the questions were tested in SPSS to get the reliablity analysis and the consistency of the answers of the participants were observed. All of answers of the participants which were fit with the ERP factors, were analysed. As a result of the all analysis, in order to create a successful ERP system, the attitude of the top management, the openness of the goals and creating a workflow, it is so important to choose the right ERP tool ans determine the project responsible. To be successful on ERP applications, the effects of management is so important, on the orher side it is crucial to involve anly IT department but also all departments to the process. As a conclusion of the study, the outcomes shows if the firms use the success factors, they can get effective results.
