Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted to understand the complex relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and organizational commitment. CSR provides a perspective that emphasizes an organization's fulfillment of its social and environmental responsibilities, while organizational commitment refers to the strong sense of loyalty that employees, customers and other stakeholders feel towards an organization. In this study, the main dimensions of CSR are examined and the mediating effect of corporate image is emphasized. This research will use a model that examines the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, corporate image and employees' organizational commitment. The research model will be used to analyze how CSR affects the Corporate image of the business and how this effect mediates the Organizational commitment of employees. Quantitative analysis method is used in the research. The various dimensions of CSR range from ethical business practices to environmental sustainability, from social contributions to transparency. These dimensions shape an organization's commitment to social values and environmental sensitivity. At the same time, an organization that fulfills these responsibilities can be expected to develop a positive corporate image. Corporate image is related to the perception, reputation and recognition of an organization. A positive corporate image ensures that customers and employees find an organization reliable, valuable and preferable. This study examines in detail how the relationship between CSR and organizational commitment is shaped by the mediating effect of corporate image. Drawing on various academic and industrial studies, this analysis reveals important findings on the effects of CSR on corporate image and how these effects are associated with organizational commitment. The results of this study will provide business leaders, corporate managers and researchers with a valuable source of information to help them understand and manage the effects of sustainable business practices on organizational commitment.
