Abstract (EN)

Amount of data in the web has increased rapidly after the transfer of work and work processes to the internet environment. As a result of this increase, management of the data is also getting difficult. To facilitate and expedite the management of the data in internet environment, automation system has begun to develop. Automation systems, which are developed to implement the management process of data or content in the web, are called ?content management systems?. Content management system is divided into different types according to their application areas. Web content management systems, which are using to develop web sites, were the most effective factors in the formation of the concept of content management systems. Some specifications are among the most important purpose of web page content management systems like helping users to manage their own web content who don?t know how to develop web sites and providing to facilitate and expedite the content management of the web sites with too many content.In this study, we developed a new web site content management system called GaziWEB and tried to find new approach to the solution of the problem. With GaziWEB content management system, an approach is presented which is providing a management for the institutional structures and units to their own web content independently of each other. In GaziWEB content management system, template systems have been supported to separate content and presentation properties of the content.GaziWEB CMS is prepared with the specifications of multiple language support, customizable templates allowed, adding unlimited number of users by defining unlimited role and authorization, determining the access levels of every single menu content according to member groups to realize presentation of the content to visitors in a flexible manner and ability to design of a menu content by using content components individually with separation of menu content layout to the areas. GaziWEB CMS also introduces a new sample for content management and publication.
