A model of the corporate governance principles use in the public administration

Understanding of scientific management has not only approximated the public administration and the management of business, but also the techniques are frequently shared, since the `individual? has been a priority in companies. The corporate governance principals that aim the best performance for corporations are generally closely related to aspects like ethic rules, protection of the environment and the law.When the public administration and the management of business are compared, it can easily be seen that they have two common sides. They are the polity and policy dimension. Public administration is widely accepted as a part of the politic sciences. As a consequence, politics and the science of politics are main aspects when defining the phenomenon of governance. It is a difficulty in clearing governance from politics, but this also makes it popular.When dealing with the Turkish public administration, as a result of globalization and the EU membership, the necessity of convertible, clear and participant public administration has become a priority. The success of recently made reforms is due to its acceptance by the public and the cooperation of the people.The aim of this work is to form an educational model to inform people about the importance of their cooperation, in order to form a standard way of governing.
