Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to test the relationship between the institutive perception and organizational commitment of business employees of Bartın province. The sample of the study consists of three production enterprise employees and one government institution employees in Bartın province. The total number of employees in these organizations was 900 and 315 personnel were included in our survey. The analysis was continued with 270 data by eliminating the necessary corrections and incorrect questionnaires. Data obtained were analyzed by SPSS. In addition, Pearson Correlation method was used to test the relationship between basic variables and sub-components. Institutionalization and organizational commitment variables were subjected to reliability testing with their subcomponents. Mean values of expressions determined for each institutional perception and organizational commitment were calculated. As a result of the study, it was observed that there was a significant relationship between institutionalization and organizational commitment.
