Abstract (EN)

In this study; Kütdiken lemon on Rubidoux trifoliate orange, Flying Dragon trifoliate orange, Citrumelo 1452, Star Ruby grapefruit grafted on rootstocks of Tuzcu 31-31 sour orange are used as a material. It was aimed to determine the changes in plant nutrient levels with these combinations (rootstock-interstock-variety) and to reveal the possibilities of using these rootstocks as intermediate rootstocks. According to the results of the study, while there was no statistically significant effect of the interstock on the uptake of N, P, Mg and Mn elements, their effects on K, Ca, Fe and Zn elements were found to be significant. When the intake levels of K and Zn elements were examined, the highest nutrient intake was in the control group (Kütdiken lemon-Sour orange). According to this result, the interstocks were behind the control plants in terms of K and Zn uptake. However, when Fe and Ca values were examined, it was seen that the use of interstocks had a positive effect on the intake of these elements. In the intake of the element Fe, the combination of Kütdiken lemon-Rubidoux trifoliate orange -Sour orange came to the fore and had a positive effect.
