Abstract (EN)
In the study, the view of women before Islam, the understanding of women in Islam, and the basic rights between spouses are outlined. The narrations in Kutub-i Sitte about the woman's obedience to her husband were examined in terms of the document and text. The narrators in the detected narrations are detailed in the literary literature such as Tabakatü'l-Kübrâ, Tarihü's-Sîkat, Târîhu'l-Kebir, Tehzîbü'l-Kemâl fi Esmâi'r-Rical and Siyerü A'lami'n-Nübelâ and in the books of cerh and amendment. In this way, the authenticity of the hadiths in terms of saned was revealed. On the other hand, in determining the authenticity of the hadith, the state of the isnad was not contented with, but the text criticism was also used. Tabakat, Rical and Hadith Literature books were used, and sometimes current academic studies were used. In addition to data collection, analysis and interpretation, the findings were analyzed and tried to be understood. Our study is sometimes quantitative, sometimes mixed; however, mainly qualitative method was used.
