Management of Duhok city in Northern Iraq

The location of Duhok makes it a privileged place with regard to a sheltered place. Also Iraq, it is a connection point of between of Turkey and Syria. Local People has Islam, Christianism, Yezidizm and other well established culture besides the production activities. On the other hand, The management style of Duhok City, it has special importance as it politics plays an active role in general policy Iraq Kurdistan. While dealing with the legal system of city administration basides influences in public life with the management system applied in this city. We tried to explain the legitimate system for administration purposes and tried explain the location of the city in the general systemic structure of the Kurdistan region and to introduce the nature of the activities the legal system with it's varieties. On the other hand, we tried to present to the discretion of the public opinion what the legal obstacles to the work of the boards of the Duhok City administrations. On the other hand , we tried to present to discretion public opinion what the legal obstacles to the work of the committees of Duhok city administrations. We tried to explain how the legislative councils and the legislative timetables of the local parliaments in Iraq fit into the workings of the Duhok city administration. These inquiries reveal the importance of our work in the field of science and practice. We tried to explain the local assemblies and provincial councils on the basis of the scientific aspect, the legal system and administrative mechanisms in Duhok. Because the people can express themselves and their interests depends on the projections that the legal system reveals. We talked about establishing Duhok local administrative councils and the authorities needed for these councils to be given urgently by looking at them in terms of their work and implementation plans. The city will make more contribution to the progress of the provincial government in Arbil and the social welfare based on this authority. Duhok never stopped back from exhibiting developments in Iraq and the Northern Iraq region. It is necessary to investigate the administrative realities of the administration.
