While explaining the historical problem of the island of Cyprus, where are the European Union, United States of America, Turkey and Greece in the solution, whether a solution has been brought for the solution that all parties can agree on, what are the solutions for the Cyprus problem, are these solutions brought by the self-will of the two sides or are they impositions. As a result, it was emphasized that there were suggestions for solutions. The problems that have arisen over the areas of jurisdiction where the hydrocarbon resources discovered in the Eastern Mediterranean lately are located, which countries have brought what kind of solutions for the solution of these problems, what are the perspectives of Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus regarding the energy resources under the Mediterranean.
