Abstract (EN)
This thesis titled "Girls' Access to Justice: A Review From A Feminist Perspective" examines girls' access to justice from a feminist perspective. The rights of girls and their access to justice are of great importance in our country and in the world. Especially in this period in which our society has seen numerous wars and migration, one of the groups most vulnarable to rights violations is girlsGirls are victims of intersectional discrimination due to their gender and age. Every problem experienced by girls in social, economic and health fields, injustice and sexist approaches also limit girls' access to justice. In order to make girls' access to justice more effective, a gender-oriented approach from a feminist perspective is important in addition to focusing on the problems and limitations that girls experience due to being children.
