Özet (EN)
In this thesis a computer controlled data acquisition system has been developedin order to automate the data acquisition for infrared image converter andanalyse it. Developed data acquisition system enables the consideration of thephysical processes and optimization of the operation conditions of ionizationtype infrared image converter. The behaviour of GaAs cathode has been studiedfor various light intensities, discharge gaps, electrode diameters and differentpressure values. On the other hand the studies at the ATLAS experiment?strigger and data acquisition system ?preseries? test bed has been provided todetermine the requirements of the final system of ATLAS/TDAQ and optimizethe TDAQ parameters. Furthermore the studies have exhibited that the TDAQsystem which is at commitioning phase, meets the ATLAS physics requirements.
