Türkiye'deki Fransızca öğretmen adaylarının gelecek kaygıları: Eğitim Fakültesi öğrencileriyle açıklayıcı karma desen çalışması / Future anxiety of French as a foreign language trainee teachers in Turkey: A mixed explanatory research involving Faculty of Education students

The aims of this research are to determine the level of anxiety of FFL trainee teachers due to the lack of permanent job positions in the public teaching sector in Turkey, to identify the causes of this anxiety, to understand the concerns of the trainee teachers due to non-tenure and to understand if trainee teachers experience a feeling of uncertainty and / or insecurity towards their future as well as to also examine the impact of non-tenure on the trainee teachers' academic motivation. The research will be conducted following a mixed explanatory method in two consecutive stages starting with the collection quantitative data through the anxiety scale due to the non-tenure of trainee teachers and the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS) adapted to the Turkish context and then the collection of qualitative data through semi directed interview forms. The results of our research highlight the problems that FFL trainee teachers face regarding the lack of job positions for teachers in the public sector and allowed to reflect on possible solutions that could be implemented to solve this problem in order to influence the policies in higher education and at the level of the Ministry of Education in Turkey. Les objectifs de cette recherche sont de déterminer le niveau d'anxiété des futurs enseignants de FLE en Turquie liée à la non-titularisation, d'identifier les causes de cette anxiété, de comprendre les inquiétudes des futurs enseignants liées à leur nontitularisation et enfin de comprendre si les futurs enseignants éprouvent un sentiment de d'incertitude et / ou d'insécurité envers leur futur ainsi que l'impact de la nontitularisation sur la motivation académique des futurs enseignants. Une méthode mixte explicative se déroulant en deux temps est utilisée en commençant par la récolte de données quantitatives par échelles en utilisant l'échelle d'anxiété liée à la nontitularisation des futurs enseignants et la version turque de l'échelle de motivation académique (EMA) puis de données qualitatives par entretiens semi-directifs pour approfondir/expliquer les résultats des données quantitatives. Les résultats de notre recherche ont mis en lumière les problèmes auxquels font face les futurs enseignants de FLE en Turquie par rapport au manque de postes d'enseignants dans le secteur public et ont permis une réflexion sur les solutions envisageables pour remédier à ce problème afin d'influencer les politiques mises en place dans l'éducation supérieure ainsi qu'au niveau du ministère de l'éducation en Turquie.
