Abstract (EN)
Erbium doped fiber amplifiers (EDFA) are of great importance at the long distance communication and wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) systems. It is required for all signal gains that are transferred are equal for the signals are not extinction at receiver part at long distance communication systems. However, changing the temperature values are changed output spectrum of the designed gain flattening systems. For this reason, fiber lengths of two stage L band EDFA have been optimized using genetic algorithm (GA). Thus, simple, fast, dynamic, and high accuracy a model has been developed and founded erbium doped fiber (EDF) lengths that will be fixed gain along L band. The result of showed very compatible of the results of previous numerical analysis and are founded values.
