Kalkınma yardımında güney-güney işbirliğinin yükselişi: Hindistan-Afrika örneği

The international development cooperation has been an ever-evolving paradigm with significant changes in the 21st century, owing to multiplication of actors, the return of geopolitics in international relations, and the aggravated need for financing development. The formalization of India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) dialogue forum in 2003 underscored the leading role India would play in a new aid system in the 21st century. This thesis analyzes the Indian South-South cooperation (SSC) through discourse, theoretical evolution with respect to transformation in Indian foreign policy and given its practical applications in Africa to showcase the establishment of SSC as a norm and part of Indian strategic planning in foreign policy.
