Abstract (EN)

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, in Azerbaïdjan a revision period began. Because of Azerbaijan was dominated by USSR, a conutry has a totalitarian political structure, they were not able to obtain democratic and liberal traditions. After becoming independent, even there exists the steps for democratization, on one side, the Russian culture effect, High Karabakh trouble, the existence of energetic ressources, and the social structure, and on the other hand, the intervention of the western contries dominances, successive changes lived with the former others republics caused to become more complicated the transition process of the Azerbaijan. During the Elchibey period, despite efforts for democratization and the institutionalization were put the accent, with the Aliev period, the stability predominated on the democracy. After ten years of strength, the in power arrival of Aliev sons has caused to wonder the politics system of the Azerbaijan. This research examines the relations of the endogenous variables and exogenous of the post-soviet Azerbaijan with the democratization process through of the presidents. In this point, the evolution of the politics regime of the Azerbaijan is the principal subject of the research. Keywords : Azerbaijan, Political regime, Democratization.
