Abstract (EN)

International conjuncture after the Cold war period is defined by instability of international actors because of the new security challenges and threats. In order to get rid of this political instability, we see that there are many experts who develop security concepts. In this case, Deutsch, Adler and Barnett focus on the Security Communities. Meanwhile, the Central Asian region is a centre of activities and international exchanges, particularly through its Soviet heritage. This region is an area of the geopolitical play during centuries. It is indeed an arena of competitions between foreign powers that also try to influence the Central Asian countries. The relations between these countries are also related with the security questions of the region. In this case, this study relates to the security matters in Central Asia and puts in consideration the possibility of the security communities. In addition, we also focus on the difficulties which pose on this possibility because of internal position of the countries and the external factors. Key words : Central Asia, Security Communities, Russia, Security Organizations
