Abstract (EN)
Interest and demand for electric vehicles has increased rapidly in the today's World. Especially Interest in L category type approval electric vehicles has increased for lastmile and city logistics. The chassis design and analysis of electric vehicle which is designed to be driven in the last-mile delivery and city logistics, are given in this study. In addition, thermoplastic composite swing arm has been design for reasons such as strength, lightness and to prevent corrosion. An accident scenario was created with the help of simulation programs to determine the parameters in the swing arm design. Design was made considering the loads on the swing arm and this design was examined through the CAE program. The effects of different materials and number of layers were examined in the field and results.
