Abstract (EN)
The main aim of this thesis is to investigate the way the faith-missioned organizations in secular countries organize in the world and in Turkey. The most basic features of Western democracies are equality, freedom of conscience and religion, secularism, the state's lack of impartiality concepts. The most important pillars of lack of today's Turkey of these concepts are freedom and equality of beliefs. A further object of our study is to try to accelerate the steps that governments should take in order to solve the problems of the Alevi society has been facing for centuries by bringing them back to the agenda in terms of basic human rights problems and European Court of Human Rights decisions. While mentioning about faith-based organizations in secular countries, it is important to know and explain the concepts of democracy, religion, belief, and faith. In France, a strict model of secularism is implemented. In Germany, although there is no principle of secularism in the constitution, church rights were granted. In America, however, conservatism and modernity, that is, secularism and religion, are not developed against each other, but are rendered together. The results of in-depth interviews with the representatives of 5 different sociological groups consisting of AİÖ, AKY, Academics, Intellectuals and Politicians were tabulated as frequency analysis, and the interview results were analyzed with the Anova method and hypotheses were confirmed in 5 of the 14 sub-hypotheses as a result of the Anova test. These 5 variables were re-examined with the Post Hoc test and it was determined that the Academics group gave different results than the other groups. After all these perspectives represantation of Alevis in DİB 3 models have emerged, first within the DİB as a public institution, secondly the RNGOs of the Federations and the third as AITM model. As a result, the suggestions on unsolved chronic state of Alevi representation in Turkey and their rights are presented as model proposals and also resources as academic literature survey to the public.
