Özet (EN)

95 VII. SUMMARY Intestinal obstruction is described as obstruction of the lumen partially or totally. As a result of this ingesta can not pass through the lumen. This situation significated itself as stomach ache, crap and vomit on human beings. In litrature there are some researces which are the application of experimental partial obstruction on bladder, ureter intestine. In experimental partial obstruction the area of organ is covered by a thin parafilm and fixed with a silk fiber. It is known that some structural deformation occurs on organs which are disposed. In our study, we aim to determine the ultrastractural effects of experimental partial obstruction on small intestine of rats, having some variation on intestinal mucosa in their lactational period. For the TEM and SEM reserachs, coventional examination procedures are applied to to intestinal tissues which are obtained fromrats and their young animal, that exposed to intestinal obstruction at the 7th and 14 * days of lactational period, after 14 and 21 days. On the SEM examination it is observed thatwide space among villus and deformation on the surface. On the other hand on the TEM examination it is observed that deformation on the microvillus structure and hypertrophy on musclar coat of intestinal mucosa. As a result of, application of intestinal obstruction to the rats in the lactational period - also having some variations at intestinal mucosa causes degenarative variation on intestinal mucosa and musclar coat.
