Özet (EN)
In this study, remediation of heavy metals such as Sn, Co, Sb and V applied to different concentrations of Lemna minor L. and Lemna gibba L. macrophytes plants, investigation of the effects of these heavy metals on carbohydrate, chlorophyll ab, carotenoid and lipid contents of the heavy metals, it is aimed to determine the possible stress factors coming from the square. In this study, duckweed plants were grown under laboratory conditions with suitable medium and media containing Tin (II), Cobalt (II), Antimony (III), Vanadium (IV) were prepared at concentrations of approximately 0.1-1000 mg / L (ppm). . By determining the EC50 (concentration range in which it can survive) that L. minor and L. gibba plants grown for 10-15 days, they can withstand heavy metal stress, heavy metal concentrations were determined as 5 ppm, 10 ppm, 25 ppm, 50 ppm, 100 ppm. However, as a result of the possible stress effects of heavy metals on living organisms and laboratory studies, Adsorption Percentages were the most adsorbed heavy metals for Lemna minor and the most adsorbed heavy metal for Lemna gibba was Antimony. The statistical values of carbon, lipid, carotenoid and chlorophyll a-b before and after heavy metal applications were compared to the percentages of metal adsorbing.
