Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis is to investigate Soviet Russion politics to turn the region in to Bolshevik region and with the aim of this policy, how this politics has affected the people in the region in that period. Russia has developed different kinds of policy to keep the Caucaus region on hand including tsarist period. In 1917, after Bolshevik Revolution in Russia, Russia should should have had Caucaus Region for its historical desires and profits for the next years. In the first section of our theis, we have tried to investigate emphesizing, 1904-1905 Japan-Russia War, First World War, the Affairs caused Bolshevik Revolution, The Reasons of the Bolshevik Revolution in the phase of occurence, 1905 Bloody Sunday Incidence, February revolution, October Revolution, Russsion Civil War. In the second part of our thesis, we have handled that Russia implemented Bolshevisation Politics in 1927-1924 and followed a strict policy, we handled their Georgian, Armenian and Azebaijani Policy in the period they led people with soft and partial politcy by place. In the thirth part of or thesis, we have tried to investigate "Russia-Turkey Relationships with the context of Soviet Russia's Caucaus Policy during Turkish National struggle" Key Words: Caucasus, Bolshevik Revolution, Soviet Politics, Turkish-Russian Relations.
