Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study, to find the subjective poverty line of officials which work in Revenue of İstanbul, with helping the snowball sampling method through the survey.Work consists of the following sections, Introduction, Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3, Chapter 4 and Conclusion. In Chapter 1, basic concepts related to poverty, poverty lines, poverty indices and some criticism approach about poverty line in Chapter 2, the method used in the study poverty line in Chapter 3 and the Leyden Poverty Line and the Alternative Model which is called Kapsalis Model in Chapter 4. In conclusion, the results of this study's poverty line.
