Abstract (EN)
This study aims to investigate the relationships between the perceptions of leader member xchange, organizational identification, job satisfaction and organizational cynicism and to observe how these perceptions vary with respect to demographic characteristics such as gender, age and marital status. A xchange e search was conducted on the concepts subject that are subject to the study. A research model was established within the framework of the aim of the study and hypotheses were formed based on this model. The survey responses of 430 participants working in the production facility of three different companies operating in the same holding in Konya were used to constitute the data of interest in the scope of this study. As a result of the research significant correlations were found between leader member xchange, organizational identification, job satisfaction and organizational cynicism perceptions. In the analyzes conducted to examine the relationships between these factors. The findings xch that leader member xchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational identification and job satisfaction, a negative and significant effect on organizational cynicism; organizational cynicism has a negative and significant effect on organizational identification and job satisfaction; organizational identification has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Moreover job satisfaction and organizational identification partially mediated the correlation between leader member xchange and organizational cynicism. The partially mediated role of job satisfaction is reported between leader-member xchange and organizational identification as well.
