The limitation of the powers and dismissal of the directors in limited liability companies

In the first part of the thesis; the general assembly of the limited liability companies, in the second part; the management, representation, and directors of the limited liability companies, and in the third part; the limiting and revoking the powers, and dismissal of directors with regards to the 6102 numbered TTK (Turkish Trade Act) will be discussed. In the study; firstly the basic concepts such as the bodies, management, representation and directors of the limited liability companies, and then the limitation of the powers, and dismissal of the directors have been examined in detail. The relevant provisions of the ETK (Old Trade Act) and 6102 numbered TTK (Turkish Trade Act) has been compared, and important amendments on 6102 numbered TTK have been emphasized. Especially, in the third part of the thesis; limiting, and revoking the powers, and dismissal of directors of the limited liability companies have been examined in detail within the frame of decisions of Supreme Court of Appeals and the reviews within the doctrine. In some parts my reviews and opinions are included.
