Limited liabilitiy companies, has a crucial role in commercial and economic life. The importance of limited liability companies are the most preffered type of company that the importance of being understood by the entrepreneurs.As with any legal relationship, actions that require the termination may occur. The relationship between limited liability company and partner. The law, for limited companies and partners, recognized the possibility of terminating the relationship.The partnership may become insufferable, in that case one would like to resign from the partnership. In this situation, it can be possible to suggest that, partners are capable of using their terminate rights which are given by the law. On the other hand, it is possible that the company are capable to abstract partners who are the soruce of insufferable situation. The law maker wanted to balance the rights of partners and company.
