Abstract (EN)

Heavy concrete has been produced for a long time in the world especially in the world. Previously, it was restricted to a limited area for the primary purpose of providing security to the buildings in the tendency of sliding. But, it is only possible with these heavy concretes that development of nuclear energy especially the obligation of creating a protective of biological concrete curtain against lethal rays with a high capability of entering into the bodies, such as neutrons and ? rays. Heavy aggregates such as Barite, Magnetite, Limonite, Siderite and Ilmenite are used in the production of heavy concrete. Aggregates.In this study, the durability, mechanical and physical features in concretes obtained by adding Siderite and Limonite mine ,exracting in Hekimhan county of Malatya province, in different rates were investigated. In order to test the radiation permeability in this mixture, neutron and proton radiances were given and permeability in different thicknesses were investigated on these samples.
