Abstract (EN)
The interaction between humans and microorganisms has continued since the penicilin began to be used in the 1940s. Each newly-invented antibiotic penicilin calls for high hopes but the microorganisms changing shape and structure in a short time and destroy the hopes of the new antibiotics. We started to use linezolid during our work year 2005, from April 2009 to April 2010, Özel Çamlica Hospitalium Hospital Clinic Microbiology Departmant Laboratory received as, blood, catheter, wound, sputum, urine, and ear, nose and throat samples from different clinics during bacterial growth 20 methicillin resistant S. aureus, 20 methicillin sensitive S. aureus, 150 methicillin resistant coagulase negative S. aureus, 80 methicillin sensitive coagulase negative S. aureus 70 Enteroeoccus faecalis, 40 Enterococcus faecium and 20 Streptococcus pneumoniae are shared among the 400 added murmur that have been investigated. The field survey on the antibiotic linezolid, daptomisin, kinupristin-dalfopristin, tigesiklin, penisilin, vankomisin, teikoplain and its in vitro effect on bacteria was studied. Staphylococcus spp., Enterococcus spp., Pneumococcus spp. has been used in the investigation and showed to be %100 active against linezolid. Linezolids Staphylococcus spp. MIK is between 0.25 to 4 µgr/ml, Enterococcus spp. is between 1-2 µgr/ml and Pneumococcus spp. are between 1-4 µgr/ml.The results that have come to ligh by the antibiotics used in the study are consistent with the literature. That linezolid antibiotic is active against gram-positive bacteria, that also are important from a clinical viewpoint has been found.
