Abstract (EN)

This study to know the effect cold press aromatic oil extracted from of some medicinal plants on the microorganisms and the chemical constituents of the oil were studied with GC-MS analysis.The oil was extracted from each of Linum Usitatissimum,Lepidium Sativum and Vitis Vinifera then tested against gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterococcus Faecium, Enterococcus Faecalis, Klebsella subtilis and Bacillus subtilis, Gram negative bacteria: Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella Kentucky, Salmonella infantis, Salmonella enterocolitis, Escherichia Coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Pseudomonas fluorescen And fungi: Candida albicans Also, chemical constituents of the oils of the medical plants were studied with GC-MS analysis.
