Ill THE DETERMINATION OF SECOND CLASS HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS' COMPREHENSION LEVELS AND PRACTICE SKILLS TO THE DADLY LD7E OF MAGNETISM CONCEPTS. (M. SC. THESIS) Dilek ERDURAN GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCffiNCE AND EDUCATION 2002 ABSTRACT In this research, we have tried to find out the answer of question that "What the comprehension and the practise level to the daily life about the magnetism concept?" For this purpose an achievment test is prepared. As to calculate the currency and confidence of test items' analyses have been made. Prepared test has been practised to the determined 325 students from 6 schools.IV In this research results with the statistic analyses of data taken from students obtained that: 1. Second class students of high school knowledge about magnetism accuracy level is % 40. 2. Second class students of high school have not enough and either practise skills to the daily life concepts about magnetism. 3. Most of students have erres and insufficient knowledge about magnetism at most basic concepts.
