Teaching the Turkish literature of the republican period in the student-centered education model, in the Turkish language and literature lessons, in high school 3rd grade

The education of Turkish Language and Literature is one of the most importantelements which forms the society and the nation. With the education of TurkishLanguage and Literature, it is aimed that the students become individuals whoimproved their ağabeylities of narrating what they listen, read, know, see and, hearand think orally and in written form.To realize this aim the first and unique precondition is to form up aclassroom environment from which students get pleasure and they like. In classicalmeaning, the lessons being given by the teachers or having been lectured bystudents create a very boring environment both for students and teachers. Therefore,just because of not realising the precondition, it results in not meeting the lesson?saim.Such a lesson environment with no creativity causes the teacher not to be ableto improve himself/herself. It is hardly possible for the students to listen to thelesson which has become a torture . Therefore, it is necessary to create an applicationwhich eliminates all those negative sides makes the classroom environment suitablefor education, which increases the students? enthusiasm, knowledge and abilities, andwhich makes the students more active. This has been considered to be ?StudentCentered Education Model? and at the same time, it has been studied as a ?sampleunit? to form a model for the other teachers of Turkish Language and Literaure.
