Özet (EN)

By examining the motoric and cognitive effects of Life kinetik training on high school students, the importance of these effects in terms of multidimensional development of students will be determined and their applicability in Physical Education and Sports courses or their recommendability to students will be investigated. Based on the limited number of scientific studies in our country, the researchers state that Life kinetik applications have a positive effect on mental and physical performance, motor and coordination skills. However, there are very few studies examining the effect of Life kinetik applications on attention, reaction time and hand-eye coordination. In this study, considering that Life kinetik training, which is a modern training type, can be used to improve some motoric and cognitive skills, the effect of Life kinetik training on attention, balance, reaction time of students was investigated. In this context, does Life kinetik training applied to athletes for twelve weeks have an effect on balance, reaction time, hand-eye coordination and attention? In this research, experimental model was used. There is a comparison in the experimental model. This research was carried out with pre-test post-test control group model in experimental research type. The population of the research will consist of 300 female students studying at Kırşehir Durdu Muzaffer Marşap Girls' Anatolian Imam Hatip High School in the 2022/2023 academic year, and the sample of the research consists of 40 subjects, 20 control and 20 experimental groups, randomly selected from 9.10.11th grade volunteer female students. Reaction Time, Balance, Hand-Eye Coordination, Attention, measurement parameters were taken from the subjects. Balance test measurements were measured with Flamingo balance machine. Hand Eye Coordination test was measured using Wall Catch Coordination Test, and Reaction Time was measured using Nelson's hand reaction test, ruler method. D2 attention test for 11 xii 14 age group, developed by Brickenkamp (1962) and adapted to Turkey by Toker (1990), was used. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the Life kinetik training applied to the students reduced their reaction times, improved their balance skills and hand-eye coordination skills more. It was concluded that the Life kinetik training applied to the students participating in the research improved their attention, increased the number of correct answers, and decreased the number of blank answers. It was concluded that Life kinetik training improves motoric and cognitive skills of high school students.
