Abstract (EN)
The changes and transformations brought by globalization have affected all areas of the business world as well as the education system. It is important to adopt business ethics in education services which aim to bring people to society as moral, social, psychological and spiritual. Based on this idea the study was aimed to emphasize the importance of high school teachers 'perception of Business Ethics in terms of business satisfaction and to prove the hypothesis that high school teachers' perception of business ethics will increase their satisfaction. The study consists of three parts. In the first part of the study, ethics, business ethics, concepts of work satisfaction, their sub-factors and the basic theories of concepts, historical development of business ethics, relations within mono religious , their effects and their subheadings are included. In the second part of the study, the importance of studying-learning services satisfaction in education services, affective changes and results in job satisfation, ethical codes in education in the world and Turkey, business ethical rules and legal regulations and sub-headings on the subject were discussed. In the third and last chapter, the results of the Likert scale questionnaires which were applied to 403 teachers working in the public and private high schools of the Ministry of National Education of Pendik District of Istanbul province were included. In the study, "Personal Data Document", "Business Ethics Scale" developed by the researcher, and "Minessota job satisfaction scale" were used as a data collection tool. As a result of regression and correlation analysis, a positive significant relationship between work ethics and job satisfaction of high school teachers was found. The relationship between the business ethics and job satisfaction perception of high school teachers have an increasing effect on job satisfaction. Also, the relationship between the sub-dimensions of business ethics and job satisfaction were determined within the scope of the research. In the course of the study it was also found that the levels of business ethics and job satisfaction vary according to some demographic changes.
