Learning organization structure and teachers' 21st century skills in high schools: The case of Eskişehir province

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the level of 21st century skills use of high school teachers and their perception of their institutions as learning schools through the case of Eskişehir. Correlational survey model has been used in the study. The population of the study consists of 3601 teachers working in secondary schools in Eskişehir province in the spring semester of 2022-2023. The sample of the study consisted of 402 teachers selected from this population by random sampling method. "21st Century Skills Scale", "Learning School Scale" and "Personal Form" developed by the researcher were used to collect the research data. The data were analyzed through SPSS 21 and AMOS 24 package programs. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and simple linear regression analysis calculations. As a result of the research, it has been determined that teachers' level of using 21st century skills is high and their level of perceiving their institutions as learning schools is high. In addition, it has been determined that teachers' use of 21st century skills is a significant predictor of their perceptions of the level of their institutions as learning schools.
