Statistical packaged software of SPSS 15.0 for Windows has been used for evaluating data. Arithmetic average ( ), standard deviation (S), have been calculated within the context of anthropometric measurements of the adolescent. Chi-square test (?2), t test, distribution of numbers and percentages are taken as basis for statistical evaluation. The adolescent are between the ages 14?18. Difference between BMIs of the adolescent and their mothers? being over-weighted is considered as statistically important (p<0.05). Average of BMI is calculated as 21.5696 + 3.6596 for the adolescent. Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner consumption ratios of the adolescent are respectively determined as 49,7 %, 68,1 % and 80,4 %. Regarding with meal consumption frequencies of the adolescent, the only statistically important relation is between the lunch and BMI (p<0.05). It is determined that chocolate, candy etc. (59,2 %), savory pastry (56,7 %) and biscuits, cracker, wafer (56,4 %) are types of food which are mostly consumed by the adolescent by turns. When we examine effects of their conditions on their will of eating, it is determined that will of eating increases for 50,6 % of the adolescent if they are happy. It is considered that the difference between BMIs of the adolescent and both their satisfaction with their existent weight and their physical activities is statistically important (p<0,001, p<0,005). Difference between BMIs of the adolescent and factors which are deemed as effective on gaining weight by them such as overeating at dinner, carrying on with eating after a meal and insufficiency of their physical activities is also considered as statistically important (p<0,005, p<0,05, p<0,001).It is determined that 54,9 % of the adolescent consider themselves as normal, whereas 24,8 % of them consider themselves as overweight. Difference between BMIs of the adolescent and the importance attached by them to ideas about weights of their families (p<0.05), relatives and friends (p<0.001) is considered as statistically important. Difference between condition of satisfaction with their weights and both application of diets and usage of diet products is considered as statistically important for the adolescent (p<0,001).Key Words: Adolescent, Meal, BMI (Body Mass Index), Satisfaction of Weight.
