Abstract (EN)
Customer feedback is very important for any organization that appealing customers as production or service. Ensuring customer satisfaction is very valuable for the prestige of organizations. In this study, the analysis of the complaints received at a production facility was investigated. Complaints defined as warehouse-logistics were examined in detail. By determining possible applications in the warehouse; It is aimed to show the effect of these on the total complaint. The researched data belong to the years 2019 and 2021. The data were analyzed with SPSS program. The correlation coefficient between the data that may affect the number of complaints and the number of complaints was calculated evaluated together with the company management. An action plan was prepared as a result of the comments. The actions taken were followed throughout 2021 and the results were recorded. According to the results, there was a 76% decrease in the number of complaints. The study shows that high increases in efficiency can be achieved by identifying the source of the problem and taking appropriate action.
