Abstract (EN)

With the globalization, the size of the competition between the businesses has increased. On the one hand, businesses strive to improve their business performance while trying to fulfill their activities in line with the demands of the customers. Businesses must be able to fully meet customer requirements, taking into account performance, but only through coordination between the units. Integrations of logistics, marketing and production units, which are the basic stone for enterprises in particular, is very important in terms of business performance. In this study, the coordination between the units was discussed in terms of business performance. In addition to the theoretical knowledge about the subject, the application made in this subject is also included. In this context, the research model was tested using the survey technique in 93 manufacturing operations in the Malatya I. and II. Organized Industrial Zone. The aim of the work is to measure the impact of the coordination between logistics, marketing and production units on business performance. A number of hypotheses have been developed for this purpose. As a result of the analysis, the majority of the hypotheses are positive and it is deduced that the inter unit coordination has a positive effect on business performance.
