The relationship between logistics performance, business performance, employee performance and employee satisfaction: An application in tourism company

The aim of this study is to examine the relation between logistics performance, business performance, employee performance and employee satisfaction via a manager's perspective and is to find out the logistics services that place into service and filled in the tourism company. In this context, firstly literature survey has been done and the scale has been developed. The data has been collected through a questionnaire administered to and has been applied to managers who are responsilde for logistic activities in the tourism companies (accomodation, food-drinks and travel agent). According to the result of the research, the relation between logistics performance, business performance, employee performance and employee satisfaction has been assigned besides. The impact of variables of logistics performance on business performance has been analyzed. As result, the flexibility, agility and time has been positively affected but quality dimension negatively and the cost dimension has not been affected.
