Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to use a combination of lidocaine and arnika montana for use in dermatological applications such as mesotherapy, botox, filler, laser hair removal, stains and cellulite treatment, laser acne and fracture treatment, laser and radiofrequency lifting. develop semi-solid preparation; To examine the physicochemical properties of the optimized formulation and to evaluate with in vitro transition studies. In the thesis, formulations prepared as an oil / water (Y / S) emulsion are apricot kernel oil, grape seed oil, arlatone 289, oleic acid; water phase and carbopol 940; NaOH solution was used to adjust the pH and lavender oil was used as the essential oil. Organoleptic control, structure analysis, pH, viscosity, active substance quantitation and stability of the prepared formulations were evaluated. Formulation optimization was performed by evaluating physicochemical properties and physical stability. Optimum formulation and oleic acid-free formulations were prepared and the effects of oleic acid on release and lidocain permeation characteristics of lidocaine were investigated by Franz diffusion cells. Upon final formulation; Stability studies were carried out at 25 ± 2ºC at 60 ± 5% relative humidity and 40 ± 2 ºC at 75 ± 5% relative humidity for six months. Keywords: Local anesthetic effect; Antiinflammatory effect; Lidocaine; Arnica montana; Oleic acid; Topical anesthesia
