Abstract (EN)

In distribution systems, reading the meters of spread over a large area is an important problem. Automatic Meter Reading Systems provide an economic solution to problem of collecting and evaluating the meter data accurately. The interest in automatic meter reading systems is increasing by developing technology day by day. Nowadays, efficiently management of rapidly running out of energy resources are understood to be possible through the integration of compatible with improved data collection and management systems such as Automatic Meter Reading.M-Bus is a low cost, serial communication protocol that can read data from long distances. The M-Bus (Meter Bus) was developed to supply the need for remote reading of utility meters, for example, for measuring the consumption of gas or water meter in the home. When interrogated, the meters deliver the data they have collected to a common master, which can be a computer connected at periodic intervals to read all utility meters of a building. In this study, software has been developed for billing and remote reading utility meters. The interface has been programmed by being used Visual Studio 2010. This software will interrogate M-Bus utility meter at periodic intervals, will transfer consumption data from meter to computer, will calculate consumption and bill consumption if necessary in this data center. On the other hand, the most equitable way is ensured by the participation of users in the consumption grid operating owing to accurate calculation of consumption by subscribers.
