Abstract (EN)

When we look at the history of humanity, we see that each of the great nations has reached the highest point in a specific area of its own. It is possible to see that the Turks also reached the highest level of morality. The importance of morality for Turkish society also comes to the fore when their lifestyles before converting to Islam are analyzed. After converting to Islam, the understanding of ritual morality was identified with Islamic morality and became a new synthesis of Turkish-Islamic morality. Turkish Islamic morality, based on the basic beliefs and ethics of Islam, was practiced and experienced in Ottoman society in all its aspects. Over a period of about six centuries, many scholars had defined ethics in theoretical and practical terms and had written on this subject. From this perspective, we can say that our nation has a very diverse history in this respect. In the formation of this brilliant past, the scientists and intellectuals who emerged from the soil of our nation had a great influence in terms of thought. In this context, the hadith that the heir of the Prophets is the ulema, and the Miyar-ı Uhuvvet Risalesi written by our M. Zühdü Bey was written with this understanding. The content of the master's thesis will be the philosophical evaluation of M. Zühdü Bey's work in question.
