Abstract (EN)
Today, developed and growing foreign markets provide big opportunities to entrepreneurs and companies which want to make an investment in. Main reason of this support is strong competition in the world. Hungary is become an attraction center for foreign entrepreneurs and a country that investments are increased rapidly because of being located on trade routes, a growing country and a new member of the European Union. Contribution of Government of Hungary is great to encourage investments by producing policies and giving incentives. This study, examines Turks' immigration from Turkey to Hungary as entrepreneurs and why they prefer Hungary and the working environment there. This study is based on literature review and depth face to face interviews. In this study, firstly conceptual explanations are given for globalization international migration and entrepreneurship and motivator factors. Finally, Turkish entrepreneurs' purpose of going to Hungary, working environment, working conditions and an overview of working relations in Europe are investigated. When we examine migrations from Turkey to Hungary, we realise that it is more entrepreneurial migration other than collective labor migration. As per study, both togetherness of Hungarians and Turks coming from history, offered job openings and policies supported by Goverment of Hungarian are made Hungary into point of investment center for Turkish investors.
