Stabilization methods of haulage roads in mining operations

Maintenance costs of mine haulage roads and machines are very large amount of all mining costs. Especially heavy trucks in open pit mines gives very much damage to the roads. Thus the roads and trucks needs maintenance regularly. This thesis includes stabilization of roads for minumun damage and minumum operation cost. The thesis research the lime and cement stabilization that used in the world for many years. The tests for stabilization and test after stabilization was put into practice.
