II COMPUTER AİDED MACHINE ELEMENT DESIGN (M.SC THESİS) Murat Tolga ÖZKAN GAZİ UNİVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCİENCE AND TECNOLOGY July, 1996 ABSTRACT In this study, İt is done Computer Aided Machine Element Design. Program is prepared by QBASIC 7.0. Machine Element is done classification. Program is been four menu; Riveted Joint Design, Design of Screw, Design of Welded Joints, Design of Spur Gears, Design of Helical Gears, Design of Bevel gears, Design of Worm Gear, Design of Shaft and Bearing. Standart Machine Element Design are done used to optimization method, Machine Element calculation. Calculation Machine Element factors are added in a menu. This factors (Ke, Kv, Ky, Kç, Kb, q, Kt, Kf, Kz..etc) are done curve fitting and equations.
