Abstract (EN)
Customers can comment on the product which they buy and they can evaluate the product or service according to their satisfaction level so they can share it with the other buyers to benefit from it. However, analyzing all the comments one by one can take long time and needs much more effort. Therefore, it can be determined whether a comment entered through text mining and sentiment analysis is positive, negative or neutral. It is determined whether one of the e-commerce sites contains comments on the three best-selling brands of smart mobile phones and whether it contains sentiment or opinion with text mining and whether it is positive or negative. The data set was separated and prorated as a test data set and the result of the sentiment analysis of the new review to be made with the machine learning classification algorithms.
