Özet (EN)

The aim of this research is to evaluate the stress distribution of three different skeletal anchorage device under different vertical forces applied for maxillary posterior intrusion, and the deflection that occurs in the anchorage devices. 1. Stainless Steel Infrazygomatic Crest Screw, 2. Titanium İnterradicular Screw, 3. Stainless Steel Zygoma Plate will be used as anchorage devices in our research. For this purpose; 3 different FEM models will be created.Three different forces of 250, 350, 450 gr will be applied perpendicular to the occlusal plane from the skeletal anchorage device in each model. With the data obtained from the study, it is aimed to determine the most proper skeletal anchorage device and force size for maxillary posterior intrusion application. According to the results of our study, the highest stress values on the screws occurred in the neck and 1st thread region of the screws. The highest tension for the zygoma plate occurred in the 1st screw, that is, the screw closest to the point of application of the force. Among the devices, the highest stress values were found in the infrazygomatic crest screw and the lowest in the zygoma plate. The amount of tipping in the devices was found mostly in the infrazygomatic crest screw and the least in the zygoma plate, as in the tension order. The maximum stress created by the devices on the bone was found at least in the zygoma plate. The stress values of the interradicular screw and the infrasigomatic crest screw on the bone were found to be similar
