Abstract (EN)
People communicate in order to live together and meet their needs. Communication is also one of the main factors in the field of health just like in many fields. The studies in this field have emerged as a new discipline within the frame of health communication. Communication in health is more efficient in family medicine compared with others as family doctors spare more time per patient and firts step health services function as the key role. The aim of this study is to examine the communication problems. The aim of this study is to examine the problems of health communication which completes the triangle of patient-doctor-self confidence and the service quality at the Family Medicine Centers serving in Malatya and emerges as a significant factor in this respect.In the study performed, the success of the model of family medicine and at which degree it is accepted by the public have been mentioned. As a result of the study, it was noticed that the satisfaction level was low due to some impediments during the practice and the acceptance of the model of family practice by the public was low.
