Determining the surface dose of the lymph nodes which were exposed to radiation during MLO protocols by using dosimetric method with the patients who has mamöography examination

During the study were used three TLD-100 dosimeters were placed under the arm on the same side of the breast taken during the MLO mammography protocol of 151 female volunteers who had undergone mammography on a digital mammography device, and Lymph surface dose has been determined. Patient's breast measurements, exposure time, döşe,kVp, mAs values were also included in the study. And relationship between lypmh surface dose values ​​and variables was investigated using SPSS. As a result of the evaluations, the dose amounts to which the axillary lymph nodes were exposed and the dependence on the variables were discussed.
